Firmoo eyewear

when firmoo contacted me about trying out some free glasses, i was immediately stoked! you may or may not remember, but this time last year i was getting lasik surgery to fix my terribly awful eyesight.. this was at the height of the nerd glasses trend and i was semi bummed having to get perfect vision and all (i know, tiny violin, right?) and my dreams of owning and wearing nerdy-chic frames vanished.

recently, i have been having those nerdy glass wearing dreams again. so it was perfect timing for me to work with firmoo. what's really cool is their new program called First Pair Free- and yes, it sounds exactly like what you think: you get your first pair of prescription or non-prescription glasses FOR FREE.

so i browsed their website and was slightly overwhelmed at all the options. i mean, i don't know what shape i like, my head is abnormally huge, and online shopping is just not my thing. but firmoo made that all pretty easy. i chose these medium sized frames with a funky pattern on the arms.

what's great about firmoo is you can virtually try on glasses (which i, of course, did not do. i picked the model and crossed my fingers..)

the verdict: i'm quite happy with my frames! i love the shape and they seem to fit my head nicely, but not too snug. i always hated getting new glasses and having them smash into the sides of my heads... they also are really sturdy- these aren't cheap plastic my friends! i would definiteley recommend ordering some frames from firmoo! and, luckily for all House of Glass readers, firmoo eyewear is ofereing up the first free pair program! all you have to do is sign up and BOOM! you get to pick your first frames..
